Q: How do I join the mailing list?, what will i receive?

A: Go to either the About Us or StarMagix pages via the main menu. News of Upcoming and Newly released tracks + details of Performances / private parties

Q: How can I purchase tracks as WAV?

A: Access the Digital Store from the main menu, then click one of the arrows.

Q: How do I order a physical copy of the CD to receive via post?

A: Go to 'Digital Store' and click the Magical Thing, StarMagix box and select CD which is £13. Now press Buy Album. Proceed to Shopping Basket and then to checkout at which point a details form is to be filled out.

Q: Its been 5 days and my CD still hasn't arrived in the post.

A: CDs are usually posted within 3-5 days but due to unseen circumstances please allow up to 10 days before reporting to contact@bbproductions.co.uk.

Q: How do I find out about forthcoming StarMagix events / sets?

A: Check the Live Acts page via the main menu. This page contains all upcoming events and the History of expired gigs we have performed at.

Q: How do I order t-shirts and other merchandise?

A: Until the Online Store is functioning any requests can be made to contact@bbproductions.co.uk. T-shirts and Sweaters are available now. A growing collection of designs to be available with extensive choice on every aspect via merchandise in the main menu...coming soon...

Q: What do I get when for BBK Membership?

A: BBK Membership is required for access to any Black Bamboo Event. 10% discount is available to members on all physical merchandise from the website (excluding downloads). These discounts will be available on all merchandise at any bbk event. Members will receive a confirmation email upon completion of membership transaction. This email will include their BBK membership number, bbproductions website login details. Occasionally Exclusive tracks will be made available to members only for a time period of 1 month prior to official release date. This will require members to login to the website with their unique membership number / login details. BBP desktop wallpapers and details of upcoming Events will also only be accessable via the Members page. The £43 membership fee allows access to the first party. Essentially the party is ‘free’ as it is included in membership. In order to be allocated a membership number, having gone through the payment gateway, you must return to the bbproductions.co.uk website after completing your PayPal transaction. Only then will the system allocate you a number and send your confirmation email. NOBODY is exempt from paying for membership. To be allocated a membership number; one must proceed through the payment gateway, only then will they be a bbk member, allowing access to any Black Bamboo Event.
